RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a no returns policy.  If your box contents are damaged a refund may be available.  To discuss a problem with an order or to request a refund for a damaged item/box, customer must contact Nature Crisp at 855.SO.CRISP or email [email protected]

Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Please note that an order is not deemed cancelled until it is confirmed by a representative from Nature Crisp. Orders shipped prior to cancellation are subject to our Returns/Refunds policy.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are delivered via UPS. The rate charged for shipping is a flat rate based on the total weight of your order and shipping zone.
